Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and EchoType. By downloading, accessing, or using EchoType, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EchoType is an AI-powered voice input method that provides speech-to-text, AI text refinement, schedule extraction, and note management. The service is offered in a free tier and a paid membership tier.

• Registration requires a phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

• Your account is for your personal use only; do not lend, share, or transfer it.

• If you notice any unauthorized activity, contact us immediately at zhangyang.adam@foxmail.com.

• Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis and take effect immediately upon purchase.

• Prices are those displayed at the time of purchase.

• Payments are handled by third-party payment providers and are subject to their respective user agreements.

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any membership-only feature.

• Refunds are not available after 7 days or once membership features have been used.

• To request a refund, contact zhangyang.adam@foxmail.com. Nothing in this section limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.

• Do not use EchoType for any unlawful purpose.

• Do not decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

• Do not create accounts in bulk or abuse free usage allowances.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Voice recognition and AI refinement may contain errors; please verify results in important situations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoType is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notice or email, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
